SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

General Note: (i) Being Maintenace contract of HT supply system contractor has to attended all breakdown occur in system immediately. If contractor fails to attend the break down within 4 Hours suitable Panelity will imposed and @ Rs 500 Per hour will be charged from contractor. (ii) Being Maintenace contract of HT supply system contractor should not force for full site to be handover at one time for repair. Site will be given as per complaint received and reuirement for repairing of cables / fault detections etc. However maint of VCB`s and maint of 33 KV Grid to be done in planed manner with in time limit with minimum shut downs.

Servicing, Repairing and Maintenance of existing HT 11 KV,400/630/800 Amps rating VCBs (Make : Crompton Greaves/ Areva ‘Alstom’/ Schneider/ Seimens/ ITE/Andrew Yule) by removing from housing, overhauling the mechanical parts and periodic maintenance servicing of 11KV indoor/ outdoor VCBs, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, testing ( IR value, Ratio Test, Polarity) and connection checking of 11 KV Current Transformer ( Set of Three) by primary injection kit ,testing and calibration of relay ( Set of, Two Over Current and One Earth Fault Relays) by secondary injection kit including,all other functional tests of the VCB panels including for CTs, PTs, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) (i) The work shall be carried out through Authorised & Qualified agencies as approved by the Engineer in Charge. (ii) Calibration and Testing(s) shall be done through State Electrical Licencing Board's valid electrical licence holder for the appropriate class/category of the work as approved by the Engineer in Charge. (iii) Contractor shall submit Tripping test & Relay calibration certificate against each VCB duly signed by all concerned. (iv) Spare Parts for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ here in after.
