Servicing, Testing and checking of Vaccum Circuit Breakers Servicing, Testing , checking of 3 Ph , 400A ,22KV,13.1 KA (3 second) HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) including testing of wiring, minor repairing works ,dismentaling of existing defective parts,replacement of defective parts/spares,making connection,documenting the testing , submission of test reports as per recommended standards through authorised agency of OEM/agency approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete as required . Make & Model of existing VCB: AREVA -PIX-36, ( NOTE:- required spares of HT breakers shall be provided by AAI for the replacement of the defective components/spares of the VCB).

Repairng of rack-in and Rack-out mechanism/system of existing 3 Ph, 400A ,22KV,13.1 KA (3 second) HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) including welding cutting, making alignment etc as required as per the site requirement. Make & Model of existing VCB: AREVA -PIX-36, ( NOTE:-Repairing works shall be carried out at the site only during the shutdown period allowed).

Supply of followings spare parts suitable for existing 3 Ph , 400A ,22KV,13.1 KA (3 second) HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) ,as and when required basis during the currency of the contract. Make & Model of existing VCB: AREVA -PIX-36

Testing includes Insulation Resistance test, Voltage Ratio & Tap Continuity test, Magnetic Balance Test, Vector Group Test, Accessories working etc. ( NOTE:- required spares of transformer shall be provided by AAI for the replacement of the defective components/spares).

Dehydration and filtration of 500 KVA Kirloskar make oil filled Transformer including testing of BDV(before and after) , acidity test and submission of reports through authorised agency of OEM/agency approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete as required .

Supply of tested transformer oil for topping up in the transformer if required.
