If the bidder is a partnership firm, a certificate of registration under the Indian Partnership Act, stating that the person signing the bid is a Managing partner in the partnership firm. Full address details of all directors/partners in the partnership should be furnished.

If the bidder is bidding in the name of a company/firm, the company should be certified by an auditor to be registered under the Indian Companies Act.

Profit/loss calculation records and balance sheet copies for the last 2 years in support of the transaction. Bidder shall provide copies of balance sheets certified by the auditor.
