RequiredAffidavit of not having executed works on back to back basis as per Form-D.

RequiredAffidavit of not having rescinded from contract as per form-E.

RequiredGST registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder.

RequiredThe bidder shall upload scanned copies of all the documents stipulated in the bid document. (including GST Registration and EMD deposit declaration uploaded as stipulated in the bid documents).
