Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches including cutting of root of any dia and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and depth exc. 1.5 meters but n.exc 3mtr and getting out in hard/dense soil including cutting of roots any dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 150mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) including PCC packing under haunching against the sides of pipe and complete PCC of bed and removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 200mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) including PCC packing under haunching against the sides of pipe and complete PCC of bed and removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 300mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) including PCC packing under haunching against the sides of pipe and complete PCC of bed and removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes in running sewage line for connecting new drains of 100/150 / 200/300 mm internal dia of pipe, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch channel, and as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to 200mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bedding including haunching & packing under and against the side of pipe 300 mm bore, after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and deposited where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed plates, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary form work and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, channels and the like including use of necessary moulds, etc. and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs and the like, set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high strength, deformed steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl. all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall, concrete surface etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting (bituminous road) / concrete width not exc 1.0 m upto sub base of road pavement and removing the materials from the site and dumped from the outside MD land. Demolition of plain cement concrete in foundation / copings / bed concrete of drain pipes in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (rate inculsive of removing of demolition material at outside of MOD land).

Removal of sludge by extra in water, liquid sludge in any positio from septic tank / manholes / grease pit etc of any description, size and depth including cleaning, lifting up and removing sludge and accumulated solid / semi solid sludge and any other foreign materials includig dewatering by using mechanical / tank mounted vehicle capacity not less than 300 litres. Sludge and any foreign materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed to distance exceeding 30 KM and burrid in ground to a depth not less than 1.00mtr incuding removing of covers of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade, ISI marked conforming to IS 1239 Part-I 2004 , 80mm bore with and including all fititngs such as bends, elbows, tees, short length, socket, union, check nuts nipples etc fixed and laid in trenches / floor / under culvert / road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6, with both end flanged type, conforming to IS 13095 with nuts bolts and washers of suitable size and necessary rubber gaskets etc for following sizes complete incl taking out old unsv complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 80 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

S&F gun metal globe / gate valves of 25mm dia with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road cutting through pneumatic tools and compressure machine hardstanding or bitumin road for any pipe line work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install submersible multistage HP motor with pump of capacity 7.5 HP three phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz including pump pipe size 80mm 48Mtr head range 830L/min to 300L/min including nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Model No MHP3FT057X or equivalant make as mentioned in Appx 'B' to PS.

Supply and Fix in repair HDPE pipe with material grade PE 100, PN 10.0 confirming to IS-4984 ISI Marked for working pressure 10Kg/sqcm including taking out old unsv damaged pipe complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Outer dia 90mm with minimum wall thickness 6.7mm

Supply and fix in repair submersible pump cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm 3 core, 1100 volts grade and connecting complete including taking out old unsv damaged cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DOL starter three phase 415v along with short circuit protection connected accessories suitable with for 7.5HP motor complete all as specified and directed.
