Clearing and Grubbing Road Land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Dismentling of Existing Brick Edging complete in all respect. as per CSR - 8.5 (i)

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materails upto a lead of 100 m stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross -sections as per clause 302.

Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankement to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150 mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve, minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specifications Clause 301.4.1

Construction of embankment with approved material deposite at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Laying & Compaction of old Material received after scarification from raising portion including Laying , rolling and Consolidating the same as per Specification.

Construction of granular sub-base (G.S.B) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401. (Grading I)

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening(Type A)/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 (63-45 mm ) as per Technical specification Clause 405.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening(Type B)/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 (53-22.4 mm) as per Technical specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg./sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 0.275 Kg/Sqm on the prepared Bituminous surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Providing laying and rolling of Open-graded premix carpet 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B or as per Technical specification Clause 508.

Providing and Laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B. as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (With Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and fixing of PMGSY Citizen Informatory board ( A & B) as per MORD specifications and drawing with ACP Sheet 4mm thick fixed on MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges. Vertical Post MS square tubes 80x80x4.80mm thick duly embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of Size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1. Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV including cutting, printing, lettering & fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of PMGSY Maintenance Information board as per MORD specifications and drawing with ACP Sheet 3mm thick fixed on MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges.
