S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 X 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterns 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.50 Sqm in each panes.

M&L pressed steel frames of size 165 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates incl necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc and providing one shop coat of primer and tarring back side of frame, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in filling of steel chowkats or frames, cills and hold fast etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including tiles of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick wall in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Height of Building up to Ground+2

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling incld cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Non-skid/matt finish, sugar finish joint free (edge cut) coloured/ digital ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile 400 x 400 mm / 600 x 600 mm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

All as per the description of serial item No 36 above but in skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L plain cement concrete, M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thick ness (below or above ground level)

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1 (using 20mm stone aggre) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II:- Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Supply and fix distribution board iron clad, vertical DB double door with IP-43 protection suitable for MCB TPN as incommer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts 3 phase 50 Hz 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper busbar and neutral link complete with one MCB TPN 415 Volts 63 Amps rating, 16 KA breaking capcity of the same make as of distribution board & including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site and including taking down old unserviceable existing DB any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated DB for fixing of MCBs, SPN 8 ways double door, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 240 Volts including taking out of old MCB DB of any type/size and removing from site to MES store for reuse if serviceable or for credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 240 volts, 10kA, 50 Hz of capacity 40-63 Amps 'B' series all as specified and directed

S&F MCB SP, 240 Volts, 6-40 Amps, 'B' series 10KA complete all as specified.
