M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) and necessary earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe upto test point etc including excavation and charcoal, common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-5 of SSR Part-I. all specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the electric storage type water heater of capacity up to 50 liters from its installed position by disconnecting all water and electric supply connections for necessary repairs, opening the geyser carefully, identifying and replacing the defective parts, reassembling and reinstalling in its existing location or new location and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply Only".

Supply only heating element 1500 Watts / 2000 Watts of any type suitable for existing model of geyser 25L/50L.

Supply only thermostat of any type suitable for existing model of geyser 25L/50L

Supply only apparatus plate of any type suitable for existing model of geyser of capacity 25L/50L.

Supply only safety valve of any type suitable for existing model of geyser of capacity 25 L / 50 L

Supply only indicator lamp Red / Green of any type suitable for existing model of geyser of capacity 25L/50L.

Supply and fix in replacement of flexible PVC connection pipe 450mm long suitable for Hot/Cold water application including taking down existing unserviceable PVC connection pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing defective window/Split type air conditioner of any make and capacity from various locations and transporting to contractor workshop to carry out necessary repair as mentioned in respective item including cleaning the air conditioner with water and air pressure and to replace un-serviceable spares parts and re-fixing at various locations after repairing including testing on load at site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (All spares compressor, fan motor, relay, capacitor, over load, shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

Removing unserviceable burnt sealed compressor from Air conditioner and fixing only new rotary compressor of any capacity including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe, supply & charging refrigerant gas including testing all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- i) Rotary compressor shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item) ii) If any item required to made equipment functional like cappliary,copper pipe ect is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking out Window/Split type Air conditioner of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete cooling coil & condenser coil with chemical base solution and water including servicing, oiling, greasing complete air conditioner checking of blower motor, electrical connection and re-fixing the same on its original position and testing complete up to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (If any spare is required to replaced the same to be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

SUPPLY ONLY ITEM Note : i) The element of fixing is deemed to be included in respective Schedule ‘A’ Items) ii) If any item not consumed during the contract period the same is taken on ledger charge through Receipt Voucher if Required. iii) All replacement for failed/unserviceable compressor shall be guaranty of not less than 12 months of all such replacement.If any compressor burnt during guaranty period the same has replaced by contractor without taking any extra cost including supply & charging refrigerent gas.
