S&F of Fe 290 Gde E-165 for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as spcified and directed

S & F Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 x 605 mm as specified and suspended with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified all as specified.

S&F for Non asbestos fibre cement building board (E- Board) 4 mm thick for fixed to Aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new unplastered surfaces over ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemer over a coat of primer on board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clearing of plastered roof surface(Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc & Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre) & applying one coat of cold bitumenous primer @ 1.20kg per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986, and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymerie memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longtudinal direction) coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction ofroof& other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP nmodified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm all as speciied.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs etc complete all as specified .

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (Cylendrical ,vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 Ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F ball valves of 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with empxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and as directed(Minimum weight 20 gms-210 gms)

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe and fixed in repairs including taking down the existing fitting complete all as specified.

Taking up or down, steel tubing 20mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down, steel tubing 15mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 20mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L 25 thick P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished rough.

Disconnecting existing tanks of size exc 250ltrs and n exc 500ltrs, setting aside Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
