Fabrication, supplying & Customization of mobile medical vehicle for Ambulance (health care) and to facilitate basic medical services with A.C. shell/monocoque body on chesis of TATA/Force /ISUZU/Swaraj make of vehicle of size (4500-5000 mm) L x (2000-2500 mm) W x (1800-2000 mm ) H, Engine 4 Cylinder, Diesel Engine With Dual Mass Fly Wheel Vehicle Emission Compliance BS-IV, with top loading A.C. with following interiors etc as required:- a) Interior panelling with moulded fire retardant non Halogenated Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) of Grade C -1196HF, as per NCD 1409. FRP Pannel thickness would be minimum 3 mm. The Pannels would be seamless b) Thermal insulation / PUF to provide better temperature control – Fire Retardant Hitlon, Fire Retardant Thermocol and Fire Retardant Puff should be used for thermal Insulation c) Driver & patient cabin partition in (FRP) with sliding communication window. d) Overhead Racks with sliding glass for storage of medicine. e) Homogeneous non static, mark resistant, scratch proof, Anti-Skid Vinyl flooring material with Water proof ply-board. f) Grab rail on rear entry door for easy access. g) Foldable Doctor Table with Chair h) Doctor Chair – Rotatable & Pharmacist stool (Arrangement should be done for both of these chairs and stools that none of them moves from its place when vehicle is moving) i) Attendant seat/s with safety belts for atleast 4-5 people.
