Routine maintenance of all the Electrical and Mechanical installations of Power House, Switch Rooms, Fire Fighting Installations & AAI Ofices etc. as per the list of Installations attached (Except New VRV AHU, VRF & GLF system) by deploying adequate manpower on all days as mentioned in the special conditions of contract complete as per direction of Engineer- Incharge. (For the 1st year)

Overhauling and Servicing of L&T make ACB’S of model CN-CS 800C of C- Power Series Capacity 800 A by OEM or their authorized services dealer as per manufacturers reccomandation and job includes supply of maintenance kit consist of grease, cleanent, Dusters, Scrubbers, and hardware required to carry out correct maintenance of ACB’s etc. as required.(For the 1st year)

Overhauling and Servicing of L&T make ACB’S of model CN-CS 800C of C- Power Series Capacity 800 A by OEM or their authorized services dealer as per manufacturers reccomandation and job includes supply of maintenance kit consist of grease, cleanent, Dusters, Scrubbers, and hardware required to carry out correct maintenance of ACB’s etc. as required.(For the 2nd year)

Overhauling, Servicing & control wiring correction of Seimens make VCB’S Type 3AH3 Capacity 36KV, 1250 Amp by OEM or equivalent services dealer and job includes supply of maintenance kit consist of grease, cleanent, Dusters, Scrubbers, and hardware required to carry out correct maintenance of VCB’s, replacement of damage door handle , free replacement all moveable Defective parts, Submission of Insulation Resistance (IR) ,Contact Resistance Measurement (CRM) & IR of Voccume bottle test report etc. as required.(For the 1st year)

Rewinding of 3 HP Submersible Pump moter with suitable gauge copper wire i.c varnishing, baking etc as required i.e. transportation from site to contractors workshop & back to site. Credit towards Dismaintled copper winding to be considered while quoting the tender.

Rewinding of 5 HP Pump moter sets (submersible/ mono block ) with suitable gauge copper wire i.c varnishing, baking etc as required i.e. transportation from site to contractors workshop & back to site. Credit towards Dismaintled copper winding to be considered while quoting the tender.

Rewinding of 7.5 HP Pump moter sets (submersible) with suitable gauge copper wire i.c varnishing, baking etc as required i.e. transportation from site to contractors workshop & back to site. Credit towards Dismaintled copper winding to be considered while quoting the tender.

Rewinding of 15 HP Pump moter sets (mono block ) with suitable gauge copper wire i.c varnishing, baking etc as required i.e. transportation from site to contractors workshop & back to site. Credit towards Dismaintled copper winding to be considered while quoting the tender.

Lowering & lifting of submersible pump sets from borewell (Depth 400 to 450 feet) upto 10 HP complete as required at site.

Lighting & decoration arrangement by LED (Pleasant colourfull) on Occasion of National Festival/ Depawali /New Year /AAI Foundation day on Terminal building ,ATC Tower & Power House Including Loading ,Unloading ,Transporting & installation etc complete to the satisfaction of EIC (for the 1st year).
