[iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. [iv] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. [v] All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil shall be done by contractor deemed to be included in the quoted rate [vi] Platform for placement of Transformer if found necessary shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions meeting with site requirements. The cost of platform is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. [vii] The drawings of the transformer should be approved by the accepting officer before placing order. Terminal Arrangement: [i] HV and LV Side: Cable Box [ii] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side. [iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. [iv] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. [v] All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil shall be done by contractor deemed to be included in the quoted rate [vi] Platform for placement of Transformer shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. The cost of platform is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. [vii] The drawings of the transformer should be approved by the accepting officer before placing order. [viii] The factory acceptance test to be done by the rep of Accepting officer prior to dispatch.

M & L for laying 100mm dia GI pipe light grade laid for cable protection at road crossings or fixed on walls / poles secured with clamps complete all as directed
M & L for laying 80mm dia GI pipe light grade laid for cable protection at road crossings or fixed on walls / poles secured with clamps complete all as directed
M & L for Cutting existing bituminous road / Hardstanding. etc as required at site for laying / jointing cables not exc 600mm in depth and and not exc 300mm in width and refilling the excavted portion including making good the top 100mm thick with PCC 1:3:6, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement and removing the surplus materials to a distance not exc 50m complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
