Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable bricks and debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in base of water tank complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (wall,floor,ceiling etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore GI tubes (medium grade) with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (wall,floor,ceiling etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore GI tubes (medium grade) with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including all fittings fixed to walls or laid on floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including all fittings fixed to walls or laid on floors complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n. exc 500 ltrs including float valve, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Cleaning repairing, etc. measured and paid separately under respective items.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n. exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoist and fix 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank three layered bearing ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) after dismantling of old unseviciable existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltrs and n. exc 1000 ltrs including float valve, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Cleaning repairing, etc. measured and paid separately under respective items.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc of capacity exc 500 ltrs and n. exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoist and fix 1000 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank three layered bearing ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) after dismantling of old unseviciable existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. (c) Demolition of PCC shall be measured and paid saparately under respective items.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position including removing debris from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction as in levelling course to match undulation of roof, in coving, roof kerbs including benching or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc including necessary form work and finished the rough surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction on roof top while concrete is green to become integrated part of concrete padding layer and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm confirming to IS 3384 over plastered surfaces of roof. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. (c) Applying one coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over membrane surface. (d) Finally applying two coats of aluminum paint @ 0.10 ltrs per sqm per coat on top surface. Contd...

Note:- (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE. (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 100mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instructions.
