Taking down existing complete roof /parapet treatment any thickness including mud phuska, plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cuting & up rooting tree roots/Vegitable growth & removing the debris from the premises upto 500m from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding to roof maintain the required slope , benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/ non approachable RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall( horizontal/vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly with wire brush & apply 10 mm thick plaster /rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed WPC @ 200ml/50 Kg of bag of cement (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.50 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /sqm over APP Membrane.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceed 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x7mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,including removal of rubbish out off MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves ,cover slab, etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves ,man hole cover slab, etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe-500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 mm to 20 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in steps,jambs, pillar,window cill,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) etc including dismantling of exsting slab complete all as specifed and as directed.

S& F in repair vitreous China wash basin counter top, star white oval type size 560 mm X 410mm including 32 mm brass chromium plated waste coupling ,PVC 32 mm bore waste pipe, chromium plated grating & making good disturbed surface with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs bevelled edge mirror 1200 mm x 600 mm x 5mm thick of any size mounted on commercial type plywood or AC sheets and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated screws including PVC beading complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs bevelled edge mirror 900 mm x 600 mm x 5mm thick of any size mounted on commercial type plywood or AC sheets and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated screws including PVC beading complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm bore or removal to store complete etc and making good the surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mix with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on bottom up sunken portion with proper slope towards spout complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

S&F 150 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm dia light grade laid in floor as spout pipe projecting 450mm clear outer face of wall to be fixed for drain out water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI mark)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs ,bath room etc., to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying two coat of Shalimar supercreten/Nitobond/Dr Fixit of make as approved in technical instructions. (c) Fosroc's complast X421 IC@ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of Fosroc's Nitto bond AR cement slurry /STP No. 1 liquid @200 ml per bag complete (d) This treatment shall be allowed to air curefor four hours followed with water tightness by ponding for 72 hours and rectify defect,if any till elimination of defects.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs, etc, in CM 1:4 to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair for Stainless steel wire cloth.0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, complete including prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 3.0 mm thick figured glass pin headed type in squares/ rectangular not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane glazing with oil putty or aluminium frame/shutters with rubber neoprene beading complete etc all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sq m each, and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S& F 32 mm thick,factory made flush shutters factory made, kiln seasoned and ASCU treated solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides decorative face with lipping/ frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made, IInd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any number size of members), beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24 (a); kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated etc complete all as specified and directed . M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated wooden surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with using old size sub class "B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radiusin half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering (external) on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering (internal) on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepatation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of alkali resistant primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of alkali resistant primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) and a layer of wall care putty not less than 2mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from ceilings(any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of alkali resistant primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm over a coat of 2 mm thick putty,applying by bump roller applicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted of steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) any colour on old steel painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

S & F punching small holes for nails or screws, hand punch through iron or mild steel in plain aluminium sheet for crumple joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.0 mm thick mild steel, plain, galvanised in straight flashing fixed in crumple joints with grade of Zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair and rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on chajjas not exceeding 60cm width after removing cracked plaster and concrete surface including cleaning of visible reinforcement and treating with cement slurry also necessary repair to cracked concrete if any with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-O( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate )including necesssary scaffolding work for double/single storey building complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, and removal of debries from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18mm -20 mm thick( size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm), laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finish over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed & directed.

M& L for machine cut Kota stone slab 16 to 18mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados in narrow width, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finishover 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bees-wax polishing on existing Kota floor surface of any description including cleaning and preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserveciable/damaged copper/aluminium point wiring any length for light/fan/socket or power including unscrewing from board (fitting and fixture such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sockets ,light fittings etc) and removing material from site and making good to the disturbed surface to match with existing finish etc complete all as specified and directed.
