M&L cement concrete 100mm thick 1:4:8 Type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and pavings all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying fine aggregate 50mm thick spreading and leveling in layers n exc 25cm thick incl consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L Machine presses precast concrete interlocking paver block 80 mm thick any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, hold fast including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete, 75mm 1:4:8 Type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and pavings thick all as specified and as directed

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre cast concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and setting CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer on walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls over one coat of primer including cornices, pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F of factory made kerb stone of plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), of size depth 300mm, thickness 150 mm and length n.exc. 500 mm set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints plaster primer including preparation of old cemented surfaces of kerb stone etc. of any description exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 to 22 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, walls, pillars, cooking platforms and etc in cm(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in position alphabetical letters in Hindi or English and signs arrows etc made of stainless steel/gold colour shade sheet of grade SS-304 L of thickness 1.00mm and fixing to MS sheet cladding with necessary fixing arrangements size of each letter upto 45cm in width & 45 cm in height and thickness of letter 25mm so as give a shape of 3D complete all as specified and directed.
