Improvement of Existing Approach Road to H/W site Earth work in all soils in canal embankment & bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage from a minimum distance of 4.00 K.M. including paying compensation of earth obtain from private land if any , loading , unloading & making stacks not more than 1 M height & than spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 Cm thick including clearing light jungles removing trees upto 15 Cm dia & uprooting roots & stumps etc from the seat of embankment , breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cube , ramming , dressing , roughening the seat of embankment , profiling etc with all lift complete as directed ( Payment will be made after deduction of 12.5% shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity)

Collection and supply including spreading of sand mixed gravel contains 40% of sand and 60% of river gravel of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from all foreign materials including carriage from quarry to the work site loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks as directed by the department (Including paying of forest royalty and sales tax etc.) distance=25 K.M

Cross & Head regulator ( Gated Spillway) Earth work in excavation in foundation of head work in all type soil as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation shoring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head lead to safe distance from the working place and depositing the required spoils in uniform layers dressing, watering, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube with compensation, complete as directed at site.(Including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary). All types of soil (except soils mixed with gravel & boulder) i) Without Dewatering

R.C.C. work in prop. 1:2:4 with aggreagte of size 6 mm to 20 mm free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials with proper reinforcement as design and drawing including rodding/vibrating, curing etc. with bailing out water necessary complete as directed. (Payment of reinforcement will be made separately) i) With Shuttering with dewatering

Supply of Z type steel sheet pile of imported quality having effective width of 0.42 m

Labour charge for fitting, fixing of Z type sheet pile including cutting, fabricating,making holes, welding anchore rods etc. and driving sheet pile to specified levels and lines including painting sheet piles two coats with anticorrosive paints etc. complete as directed.

Collection & supply of one man size hard Boulder of size 23 cm. to 30 cm. including loading, unloading and stacking at mesurable stacks at site not more than 1 m height including paying forest royalty, sales tax etc. including local carriage to work site. (Distance from Quarry to work site = 50.00 K.m.)

Labour charge for pitching with one man size Boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope pitching etc. eith local carriageof Boulders from a distance of 50 M with lift upto 3 M complete as directed.

Collection, supply and spreading of sand free from all foreign materials including carriage from quarry to work site including loading unloading and stacking in measurable stacks as directed by the Department (Including paying of forest royalty and Sales Tax etc.). (Distance from Quarry to work site = 25.00 K.M.)

Collection, supply and spreading of gravel including stacking at suitable places at work site free from dust, dirt and other foreign impurities paying royalty, sales Tax etc. including carrying to work site complete as directed (Hard river gravel of size 13 mm to 38 mm). (Distance from Quarry to work site = 25.00 K.M.)

Earth work in back filling of structure obtained from out side borrow pits filling in 15cm layers, ramming, watering including paying compensation of land if any with lead upto 30 M and lift 1.50 M.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 38 mm (1.50") dia. G.I. pipe (Tata) railling in three rows including two coats silver painting etc.

Supplying, fabricating and fitting the steel shutters of Head and Cross Regulators as per drawing and specification including supplying, fabricating, fitting, fixing of operation platform including supplying steel where necessary and manually operated hoisting equipment including carriage of all materials to work site complete as directed.

Supplying and mixing of Repidite

12 mm thick cement plastering including clearing the surface and curing etc. complete as directed.(1:3)

Supplying fitting fixing including laying of T.S. rod of all sizes in position as per design and drawing as required including cranking and making hooks with necessary lappages and tying with wire(black) complete as directed including cost of all materials.

Diversion channel & diversion dam Earth work in excavation of diversion/ feeder channel to the design section and grade by depositing the spoils in the form of embankment on either side to the design section and grade in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungles and trees up to 15cm dia uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of the embankment and canal free from all vegetation including breaking clods not more than 10mm cube dressing, ramming, bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary complete as directed with lead up to 30m and lift up to 1.5m.

Item No. 2: - Earth work in filling in marginal bund/ Guide bund/ Afflux bund/ Canal embankment etc. in the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of the embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, dressing, watering and roughening the seat of the embankment before throwing earth, profiling etc., paying compensation of earth borrowed from private land or forest land if any, lead up to 30m and lift up to 1.5m, complete as directed.

Item No.3 :-Construction of whole bamboo single pallasiding with matured jati bamboo stacks 60 mm to 75 mm dia,fixed 15 cm clear a part, 1.20 m to 1.50 m above ground,1.00 m to 1.20 m below ground with jati bamboo struts fixed 1.20 m to 1.50 m apart tied with galved. wire of 16 G to 18 G and with three rows of horizontal half jati bamboo kamies,complete as directed.

Item No.4:-Supplying and laying of empty cement bags filling with sand/earth(as locally available) including stiching the mouth,fixing in position with supply of bags ,sutli etc. Complete as directed.
