REPAIR TO PARKING SHED, PARKING TILES, PCC FLOORING, APPROACH PATHS WITH CONNECTED B/R WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/ semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/ AC/ fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc. 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) n. exc. 0.5 cum each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
