Dual Desk :- W 1066mm x D 830mm x H 760/452mm Providing supplying and placing Dual Desk. The overall dimensions of desk will be W 1066mm x D 830mm x H 760/452mm complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in- charge having the following specifications:- Side frame structure: Made of prime quality CRCA pressed form section 165mm x25mm x 1mm thick welded to 25mm x 50mm x 1.2mm thick CRCA tube 830mm length. Seat and back side frame structure also made of prime quality CRCA pressed form section 165mm x 25mm x 1mm thick welded to 25.4mm diameter x1.6mm thick ERW -1 pipe. All 8 nos. horizontal supports are 25mm x 25mm x 1.2mm thick shall be CRCA tube. Rectangular tube 50 x 25 x 1.2mm thick should be closed with CRCA welded Sheet both sides and The back pipe dia. 25.4 x 1.6mm thick should be closed with metal process with end sealing machine (Back side) and other side (Under the seat) PPCP cap complete as per drawing. Passivation (8th Tank) School name must be painted on back side of the back rest and text height will be 25mm PPCP virgin material Shoes of approved quality must be providing in the bottom of frame - 4 nos.

Computer Tables Providing, supplying and placing Computer table of overall dimension 900mm(W) x 550mm(D) x 740mm(H). It should provides higher resistance to heat and moisture. Principle Chair Providing,supplying and Placing in position High Back Chair. The seat shall be made of 1.4 +/-0.1 cm thick hot pressed plywood upholsterd with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. It shall have seat depth adjustment of 5.0 +/- 0.3cm integrated in the seat through a sliding mechnism. Seat size shall be 50.0cm(W) x 49.0cm(D). The back shall be injection moulded in glass filled polyamide which shall be upholstered with mesh fabric. The back shall consist adjustable lumbar support made of injection moulded polypropylene having an adjustment of 6.0 +/- 0.1 cm. Back size shall be 50.0 cm W x 68 .0 cm H. The polyurethane foam for seat shall have a density of 55 +/- 5 kg/m³. The height adjustable armrest shall be made of polyamide structure and polypropylene housing with moulded PU armtop having an adjustment of 7.0 +/- 0.3 cm. The mechanism shall be dsigned with following features -: 360º revolving type, Centre Tilt Syncro Mechanism, 3 position (inclusing upright lock) giving option of variable tilt angle to the chair with anti shock feature. The headrest shall be injection moulded in glass filled polypropylene which shall be upholstered with foam and fabric. It shall have an adjustment of 6.0 +/- 0.1 cm and it shall be assembled over the full back chair. The Headrest shall be provided with a provision of Coat Hanger. The pneumatic height adjustment shall have an adjustment stroke of 8.5 +/- 0.3 cm. The pedestal shall be High presssure Die cast aluminium and fitted with 5 nos. of twin wheel castors. The pedestal shall be 65.0 +/- 0.5 pitch centre dia. The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black glass filled polyamide having 6.0 +/- 0.1 wheel dia. Principle Visitor's Chair Providing,supplying and placing in position Principal Visitor Chairs. Chair Seat and Back assembly shall be made up of 1.2+/- .2 cm thick hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded Polyurethane foam together with moulded seat and back covers. The Seat is provided with a pre-moulded inserts at the bottom for fixing Mechnism and Armrests. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. Back size: 50.0cm(W) x 49.0cm(H) Seat size: 50.0cm.(W) x 46.0cm(D) The polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density = 45 +/-2 kg/m3 and Hardness = 20 +/- 2 at 25% compression. Seat and Back shall be provided made of injection moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene and back cover is vacuum formed from ABS sheets. ARMRESTS : The one piece armrests made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 Shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with M.S. Insert. The armrests are scratch and weather resistant. The armrests are fitted to the seat with seat/armrest connecting strip assembly ,made of 0.5cm thick HR steel. The understructure is tubular frame in cantiliver type and made up of dia 2.54cmx0.2cm thick MS ERW tube and black powder coated. (DFT 40-60 microns). All complete as per manufacturers specification, approved sample and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The Seat and Back Assembly shall be made up of 1.2cm thick hot-pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam.
