Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine , applying wall care putty 1 mm thick (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of emulsion distemper white or coloured by Auto Roller as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, applying wall care putty upto 1mm thick as required (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of emulsion distemper white or coloured by Auto Roller as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 20 mm thick, in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, each 10mm thick, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall by spray machine after cleaning the surface by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down etc having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.

The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating Polymer modified cementation coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturers instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder concrete upto top level to receive top flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and directed.
