Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth within all lead and lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Extra for pre finished nosing in treads of steps of Kota stone/ sand stone slab.

Dismantling tile work/Kota work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of material within all lead and lift. For thickness of tiles/kota above 25 mm and up to 40 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying hard stone boulder filing/soling back side of retaining wall and breast wall including carriage of material with in all lead & lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia Unplasticized rigid PVC pipe of required size for weep holes in plum concrete walls including cutting, placing and fixing in required slope all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.
