White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Extra for additional one coat distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over on area where the painting has completely pealed off due to dampness/ seepage, plaster repair and other reason. Priming coat will be paid separately, if required. (Scraping of existing finish will be paid saparately).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Extra for additional one coat acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand over on area where the painting has completely pealed off due to dampness/ seepage, plaster repair and other reasion. Priming coat will be paid separately, if required. (Scraping of existing finish will be paid saparately).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (to be applied in two coats), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Repair of existing R.C.C works including removal of loose concrete, cleaning with wire brush, applying cement slurry,fixing of chicken mesh, application of 20-25 mm cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand) including finishing of surface smooth. (cost of chicken mesh shall be paid extra as per actuals).

Supplying of G.I. Chicken-mesh (approximate 0.10 kg/ sqm) of approved quality for RCC repair.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading of size 35X6 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/ nails on the edges of the wooden doors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing & fixing 25mm thick MDF, exterior grade ISI marked (IS 14587) pre laminated board (One side decorative laminated & other side balancing lamination) in cabinet shutters/ partition/ shelves/ facia/ built in C.B. or other locations including sealing of exposed edges with PVC edge bending tape 2mm thick. Other edges are to be painted. Fittings including, hinges drawer channels, handles locks etc. shall be paid separately. (Actual area of board fixed shall be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10 x 60 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete. 125 mm

Providing M.S. Piano hinges ISI marked IS : 3818 finished with nickel plating and fixing with necessary screws etc., complete. Overall width 35 mm

Providing and fixing PTMT door catcher of length 72 mm and dia. of 42 mm with suitable washers weighing not less than 33 gms

Providing and fixing expandable fasteners of specified size with necessary plastic sleeves and galvanised M.S. screws including drilling holes in masonry work /CC/ R.C.C. and making good etc. complete. 50 mm long

Deduct for not providing hinges in doors, windows or clerestory window shutters with : ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size. For 2nd class teak wood and other class of wood shutters

Providing and fixing ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete : 125x65x2.12 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hasp and staple (safety type) with necessary screws etc. complete : 115 mm

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Extra for 6mm thick tinted glass in place of 5mm thick plain glass.
