Completion of Incompleted works of Sewage treatment plant of capacity 750 Cum /day based on moving bed bio reactor aerobic attached growth technology including tertiary treatment of waste water to the tune of 10% quantity to be recycled for arboriculture, stadium and MT wash purpose which includes all requisite all iner connecting pipes, cables, valves and any Misc item required if not mentioned separately in BOQ with and including following items complete all as specified and shown on drawings (Note:- (i)Pile foundation work incl ring beam shall be measured and paid separately (ii)Completed works are enclosed as Annexue 3 for guidance only.. a) Inlet Work consist of Stilting chamber, screen chamber and grit chamber,

Provn of Services for operation of sewage treatment plant installed under this contract of capacity 750Cum/day including all supporting equipment such as pumps, motors, panels, DG set etc in 03 shifts of 08 hours each(round the clock including sunday/holidays)by deploying technically qualified person including supply of all consumable(except diesel, chlorine, alum & lime)for the First year from actual date of completion(i.e during defects liability period) as specified nd directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Following items shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note (i) The contractor shall employ one operator per shift the operator shall be qualified & experienced in field and experience not less than 2 yrs in the same field.(ii) Cost of periodical maintanance of vrious equipment/parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of respective items.(iii)Samples of effluent shall be collected from the outlet twice in a month as directed and got tested in a lab approved by State Pollution Control Board.(iv) The contractor shall strictly follow the operation and maintenance manual of the plant as well as dosage of chemical prescribed by testing agency.

(v)Periodical cleaning and removal of sludge from screen well, collection well, contact aeration tank, sludge aeration tank, settling tank, sludge drying beds, bar screen, screen through etc.(vi)Mixing chemical to maintin desired quality of end product of system.(vii)To maintain ll working plce and area neat and clean.(viii)The Log sheet must be maintain by the contractor as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(ix)Diesel for running DG set will be arranged by department and log sheets for running the DG set shall be maintained by contractor and submitted monthly. The container for storage of Diesel nd transportation from MES store yard to site shall be the responsibilty of contractor and cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the item rates. (x) The maintenance of the plant during the defect liability period is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of STP vide item No 14 herein before.
