M&L for one coat of synmthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted NTP/CGI/PGI/or other steel roof/wall surfaces, eaves and gutters etc. exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of any approved tint incl making camouflage pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge.complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for as in repair Rendering or plastering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonary or concrete block wall surfaces, complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing and complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing,complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing,complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel with vinyl pasted on it with 100 mm letters cut for bldg No. or Name plate fixed with rawl plugs and screws as in repair complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted concrete/ chequered tiles/ hardstanding floor surface and Painting floors with ready mixed floor paint/Epoxy Paint, for use on floors; each coat of any approved tintcomplete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out solid content from sump/Soakage pits/septic tank and sewage lines in foul conditions and confined places, either manually or by pumping cleaning thoroughly incl disposal of liquid or solid content out of the Defence Area and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr –in-Charge. (Note : Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of extra dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account).

S&F in repair 1.5mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with min 75 mm side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. of approved colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, fencing, railing, tank staging etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-410, Gde E-165 Quality-B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling timber in fillets,rails,posts,rafter ,purlin etc under 40 Sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for synthetic wooven flooring carpet of approved colour, weight min 1.5Kg/sqm, fixed with approved rubber based adhesive as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15mm bore tubes “medium grade”, galvanised, with and including all fittings and fixed complete concealed in walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm bore tubes “medium grade”, galvanised, with and including all fittings and fixed complete concealed in walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore Bib taps, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore angle valves or stop valve/ gate valve, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs CI Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed complete including fixing to aluminium/wooden/steel shutter by welding, screw or rivets complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing central hole Basin Mixer, without popup waste system with 450mm long copper pipes and brass nuts, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed for iron pipe or for union, suitable for 15mm bore pipe, fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing vitreous china squatting pan, “Orissa” pattern size 580mm x 440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and flushing pipe complete including trap, set with cement as in repair complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F as in repair for small GI fittings, medium grade such as GI socket, elbow, nipple, tee, union etc for 15 mm bore pipe (ISI marked) complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm to 50 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
