To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Improvements of Road work of value not less than Rs. 158.25 Lakhs
Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.158.25 Lakhs lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 ,2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26 executed the following minimum quantities of Earthwork excavation in foundation/ Embankment/Subgrade & Earthen shoulder 6967.00 Cum,GSB 1723.00 Cum, WMM 2065.00 Cum, Asphalting Works (BM/DBM/SDBC/BC) 661.00Cum
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity equal to (AxNx1.5 - B) A equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. 0.5 Year where B equal to Value at 2026-27price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.5 Year form the probable date of Award of this contract.
Assessed Tender Capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount
Availability by owning at least 50 % of the required /specified key and critical equipment for this work: & b) the remaining 50 % can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents ( commitment agreements etc.,) for availability for this work are to be furnished. The EMD of Rs. 4,74,800.00 shall be paid in full through e payment or in two parts i.e. part (1) Rs. 1,00,000.00 by e -payment Part (2) Rs. 3,74,800.00 EMD shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee and shall be scanned and uploaded along with the technical Bid. The original Bank Guarantee should be handed over to the Executive Engineer before the prescribed date and time of opening of the Bids.

The Proposed Works Comes on 11KV F2 Sampagaon NJT Feeder, Fed from 33/11KV Muss Sampgaoan Station, having Installed Capacity 2*5MVA. It is proposed to shift the existing HT and LT poles located within the village limits. The shifting estimate has been prepared based on the request received from the PWD, Bailhongal Sub-Division, for the execution of road development works. The proposed shifting is necessary to maintain the statutory electrical safety clearances, avoid road crossings, and provide adequate height clearance over the developed road developement woks Makes Estimate is prepared by using CSR in most economical way. All materials and labour charges are mentioned in the estimate. Hence kindly sanction the estimate UNDER SELF EXECUTION at an early date.

ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬೈಲಹೊಂಗಲ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ಮತಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಮಂಗಸೂಳಿ - ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೇಶ್ವರ (ರಾ.ಹೆ-73) ಕಿ,ಮೀಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 152.00 ರಿಂದ 156.00 ರವರೆಗೆ ಆಯ್ದ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಲೋಇ/170/ಐಅಫ್ಎ/2026(ಇ-ಕಛೇರಿ). ಈ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ರೂ. 400 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅನುದಾನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೊದನೆ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಸದರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯು ಜಕನಾಯಕನಕೊಪ್ಪದಿಂದ ಯರಗುದ್ದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸವ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಅವಶ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸದರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯು ಸಂಚಾರ ಗಣತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 540 ಕಮರ್ಸಿಯಲ್ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿಶತ 5 ರಂತೆ 20 ವರ್ಷಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಹೊಂದುವಂತೆ (ಬಿಟುಮಿನಸ್ ಲೇಯರ್ಗಳಿಗೆ 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದುವಂತೆ) IRC 37-2018 ರನ್ವಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ವನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿದಾಗ 26 ಎಂ.ಎಸ್.ಎ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್. 9 ರನ್ನು ನೋಡಲಾಗಿ 530 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಚಾರ್ಟ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, 200 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಬಿ., 250 ಮಿಮಿ ದಪ್ಪದ WMM, 50 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಡಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಂ. 30 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಬಿ.ಸಿ. ಯಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 530 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಕ್ರಸ್ಟವುಳ್ಳ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕಿ.ಮೀ 73.55 ರಿಂದ 74.63 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಗಾಗಲೆ 200ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ವ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ, ಆದರೆ ಕಿಮೀ 74.63 ರಿಂದ 75.361 ರವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ವ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಸದರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಅದರಂತೆ, 200 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ(ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ) ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಬಿ., 250 ಮಿಮಿ ದಪ್ಪದ WMM, 50 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಡಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಂ. 30 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಬಿ.ಸಿ. ಯಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 530 ಮಿಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಕ್ರಸ್ಟವುಳ್ಳ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಅಂದಾಜು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ CC Drain, Pipe Culvert ಹಾಗೂ Pole Shifting ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಂದಾಜು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸದರಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
1) ಪ್ರಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಉದ್ದದ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಜಂಗಲ್ ಕಟಿಂಗ ಮಾಡುವದು
2) ಅಗೆತ ಮಾಡುವದು.
3) ಪ್ರಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಉದ್ದದ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಕೆರಿಫಾಯಿಂಗ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಂಪಾಕ್ಶನ್ ಮಾಡುವದು.
4) ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸದಂತೆ 200 ಮಿ.ಮೀ ದಪ್ಪದ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಬಿ. ಹಾಕುವದು.
5) 250 ಮಿ.ಮಿ. ದಪ್ಪದ ಡ.ಬ್ಲು.ಎಂ.ಎಂ. ಹಾಕುವದು.
6) ಕ್ಯಾರೇಜ ವೇ ಮೇಲೆ 50 ಮಿ.ಮಿ. ದಪ್ಪದ ಡಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಂ ಹಾಗೂ 30 ಮಿ.ಮಿ. ದಪ್ಪದ ಬಿ.ಸಿ. ಹಾಕುವದು.
8) ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಫಲಕಗಳು, ಇನ್ನಿತರ ರಸ್ತೆ ಫರ್ನಿಚರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುವದು.
9) ಪ್ಲಾಂಟೀಶನ್, ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಣ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇಡಗಂಟಿನಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
10) Pipe Culvert ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಶ್ಯ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ
11) ಕೂಡುವ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಎನ್.ಪಿ-4 ಪೈಪ್ ಹಾಕುವುದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ

ಸದರಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು 2023-24 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ (2024-25 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆದ) ಏಕರೂಪ ದರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ವಯ ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
