Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement rendering in two layer each 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @3%, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate inclusive of water proofing compound.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of ceiling surfaces finished the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
