Supply of PLC Panel of S.D. Centrifugal Machine
Supply, Erection & trial of Electric control panel for 3-speed A.C. squirrel cage Induction motor driven S.D. Centrifugal Machine having the system to be fully automatic PLC (ABB/Siemens/Emerson/Yokogawa make) controlled for massecuite Centrifuging, water washing braking and recycling etc. as per our existing system/as per drawing. • The spares used for control like Timers, Main contactor, Aux. Contactor etc. and the connection of these spares will be done by standard control wire. All the accessories like Amp. Meter, Volt Meter, main switch Bus bar etc. of standard specifications. • Also provisions to be made to increase/decrease the time cycle for each operation for water washing, braking, recycling, Gate valve individually. • Provisions for both auto/manually type operation are to be made for individual operation. • Facility is to be provided to run on semi automatic with cycle after charging the machine manually. • PLC is to be supplied fitted in separate cabinet as per requirement of our site.
