Labour only for disconnecting electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down exhaust fan of any type/size and make, revolving substances from bearing, bush by using kerosene oil, carrying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make the exhaust fan noise free for smooth functioning including replacement of worn-out/ unserviceable spares as required, replacement of PVC insulated unsheathed stranded twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm up to 1.0 Mtr long assembling the repaired exhaust fan, testing and fixing at position, connection with point wiring & Testing complete all as directed.

Taking out geyser of any make and capacity for necessary repair/ replacement including refixing at its original position after repair with replacement of passivated bolt, nut, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable inlet (cold water) connection pipe from Geyser and supply/fixing 45 cm long, PVC steel wire reinforced inlet pipe with nuts/thread adopter made of brass, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 131 her-in-before but for outlet (hot water) connection brass chromium plated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only single phase electronic energy meter with LCD display as per IS 13779, ISI marked, 10-60 Amps capacity optical communication port complete all as specified and directed.
