Works description

Earth work excavation by manual/mechanical means upto 1 meter in all kinds of soil including shoring, struting, bailing/pumping of water back filling of sides of foundations, low lying area etc. as per technical specifications and backfilling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc

Demolishing R.C.C/PCC. work manually/ by mechanical means including finishing the broken surface to match with the surrounding, removing the debris as directed within site,lead upto 100m cutting the reinforcement if any etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete

Providing, fabricating and erect in position, MS Pipes, MS Square tubes, MS chequred plates for columns, tie beams,purlins, rafters, structs platforms etc. as per design and drawing provided including riveting, welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, rivets, gusset plates etc complete including painting with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved make and color finished to even shade as per the direction of engineer in charge and as per the approved drawing attached with the tender
