Providing Housekeeping service for Rajpipla –1 & Rajpipla -2

Sub Division Office all section , Complain Center, Cash counter

including Washroom. mentioned in annexure A. Labours

engaged should remain present during working hours in

premises for any work in the scope. The cleaning of all area

should be done to the extent that they remain cleaned as per

instruction of EIC. Electricity & water will be provided free of

cost. (All necessary materials such as air fresheners, air purifier,

naphtha balls, liquid soap (Hand wash), phenyl, acid, washing

detergent powder, coconut broom, soft broom, bucket, pota

1 cloth, toilet paper rolls, steel rod for cleaning of drainage lines

etc. will be provided by the contractor as directed by EIC. Total

6 unskilled labour, All has to also work as Sweeper and to clean

W.C. Urinal, wash basin , gutter,etc. and give report to EIC (As

per Annexure-A to derive rate of this item).

(i) Total nos. of unskilled labour/Year = 6 X 26 X 12 =
