Visit charges for checking of transformer.
Dismantling of connection & making suitable arrangement for loading.
Loading of transformer on truck by Crane/Hydra.
Freight charges from 400 KV Substation kashipur to workshop.
Dismantling of transformer accessories to replace winding.
Rewinding of transformer with replacement of old copper winding with new copper winding. (Old copper cost will be adjust in new winding) including cost of ovening.
Tanking of core winding & replacement of all gasket, defective nut bolts etc.
New transformer oil filtration and filling. (Old transformer oil cost will be adjust).
Transformer testing.
Transportation of transformer from workshop to 400 KV S/S Kashipur. (Including cost of transit Insurance).
Unloading of transformer at site with help of Hydra/Crane.
Erecting of Transformer.
Visit charges for checking of transformer after satisfactory unloading before charging.
