Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Cement concrete ( reinforced) including removal of debris etc to a distance out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2, (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including joint filling (Size 30mm deep x 10mm wide) with sealing compound grade-A at 3m interwal and corner complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joint to be provided at each interval of 3m and corner and cost of the same deemed included in quoted rate.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as item No.6 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old retreived serviceable bricks shall be used under this item.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab (for drain ) and set in CM (1:4) including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain, or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (PVC/ SGSW/ AC/ RCC pipe) of 110 mm bore of pipe, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to wall of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius including necessary cutting in brick wall and making good to match with existing surface of size 110 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed, barred iron door, ladders, fencing work ect. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.
