complete the whole work within the stipulated period, he shall be liable to

pay liquidated damages of 0.5% of the basic value of contract per week and or

part thereof of the delay subject to a maximum of 5% of the value of the

successful bidder, within 15 days of receipt of Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

retention money from the running bills, in such case the party shall be

required to submit 2.5% of the contract value, if any, within 15 days from the

award of the contract and the remaining performance security shall be

collected in the form of retention money. The retention money shall be

released after completion of Warranty Period
