Taking out doors,windows and clearstory windows shutter (steel or wood)including stacking with in 50 metres lead of area 3.00 square metres and below as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips,valley and gutters etc.and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of G.S. sheet. as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses,purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material with in 50 metres lead of sectional are below 40 square centimetres.as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetra in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiselling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depths any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering or removal of slush, lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres (Three metres) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated, for Rainfoced cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-10) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm( forty millimetre) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD techinical specifications section 800,900 and 1200 as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hrd stone of approved quaility in foundation and plinth including raking out joins in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand includi8ng curring complete ..as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Second class brick masonry in common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) building bricks of class destignation 7.5 in in super structure above plinth level upto floor any level in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement is to Six Sand), as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three decimal one five milimetre) thick welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5mm (Thirty milimetre into thirty milimetre into five milimetre ) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling for all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Lintel, beam,plinth beam girder,bresumers and cantilevers etc. as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases suspanded floor above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate \ 20 mm nominal size).
