M&L for preparation of Old plastered surfaces of walls, Chajjas, etc and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of Old plastered surfaces of walls, Chajjas, etc and applying two coat of cement base paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation, removing/ scrapping down existing surface of old painted brick, stone, concrete, asbestos plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling and one coat of exterior emulsion paint in different tint/ shade, (camoufage pattern) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm high using synthetic enamel paint 1st quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens brackets etc using synthetic enamel paint 1st quality complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete/stone walls/ ceiling/ chajja or in any possition etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick walls in CM 1:4, finished fair & smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted/ plastered or unplastered surface of wall, complete removal of existing treatment by steel wire brushing/ metal sheet including washing rubbing down and stopping or distepered and painted surface and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint in different tint/ shade, (camouflage pattern), as approved by Accepting Officer, over one coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacture's instructions and filling the disturebed/ uneven surface, holes/ voids with wall care putty/ POP where ever necessary to achieve the smooth surface all as specified and directed.
