| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor LED Signage in English/Bengali (letters given and approved by concerned department) for letters with following specifications:-
(a) The box for the signage will be fabricated in Aluminum Square tube of size 25 mm × 25 mm of 16 gauge frame complete with necessary priming and painting. The box will be covered with 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets of the entire board. The complete installation will be water, vermin and dust insulated and protected.
(b) Letter Description: Approx 9" × 5" size of letters (Approx) made of Aclrylic Sheet with male female attachment, on router cut ACP Sheet of front incl. all accessories as required. The Designed must be pre approvedfrom the EIC.
(c) LED Illumination: High Bright, High Wave length closed type waterproof white LED modules (0.72 W or Higher) mounted on interior side of female part of letter with power wire running back to a central power area with 12 Volt LED Power Transformer to adequately drive the whole LED modules without Flicker.
(d ) Internal Electrical Wiring will be done by Halogen Free Flame Retardent HRFR compound insulated (Unsheathed) 1.5 Sq.mm. copper flexible cable through interior conduit and Electrical Raceway.
(e) Erection the above sign board with three nos. 40×40×6mm MS angle iron support rigidly grouted on suitable muffing which are making on the ground to avoid the uprooting by wind pressure and painting as per direction of EIC (Approximate Size: 16' 4''Length × 3'28'' height × 6" Dept)--- 1 nos.
