Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.50 M depth but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Material and labour for laying DWC (Double wall corrugated ) pipe conforming or IS 16205 (electric cable use) of nominal outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38mm for laying electrical cables under trenches / under road/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 45 cm in width & not exceeding 60 cm in depth for passing of cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary frame work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable proction . Supply and fix in replacement, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core all as per IS , specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of Off Load Change Over Switch (Manual change over in sheet enclosure) with sheet steel enclosure fixed over wall / panel etc. of rating 200 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 pole with complete with sheet steel enlcosure all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking out under ground, LT cables, different sizes, by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing bricks or PCC tiles of any size, re-laying in the same trenches or re-routing after rectification of fault as required complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- (i) Joints & Jointing materials, new cable, additional bricks/PCC Covers, sand shall be measured & paid for separetely. (ii) Retrieved serviceable bricks or PCC cable cover/Bricks and sand shall be re-laid on the cable & the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Receiving and attending External Electric/Street Lights complaints from Complaint Section / JE / Engr-in-charge by any mode of communication & attending the same within 24 hours. This item is inclusive of all the preliminary work like opening of connections, checking for supply, transportation of necessary tools and labour, assessing the nature of complaints, rectifying minor issues including removing carbon deposits (if any), cleaning of lugs/glands etc., meggering of cables, making temporary connections (as required), removing soil and restoring back the power supply all as directed at site. Note:- 1. The occurance of fault if any, will be communicated to the contractor and the contractor shall rectify the same within 24 hrs of reporting, failing to which a recovery @ Rs 500/= per complaint per day and the same will be add further . 2.Record of Complaint slip shall be submitted along wth claim for payments. 3.Transporation of depolyed Electrician by contractor to Zone-I will be included in quoted rates. 4.Any type of Ladder requied for electric work on pole at any height shall be arranged by the contractor.5. Complaint slip book, complaint register and ladder and T & P shall be provided by the contractor

Supply and fix in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 10 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size of aluminum conductor 10 sq mm stranded conductor all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement, errecting of steel tubular poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. M & L in replacement of ACSR conductor of size 6/1 x 2.59 (Weasel) and 6/1 x 2.11 (Squirrel) ISI marked for LT over head lines on poles including stretching, tightining of poles insulator with winding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections as ordered including necessory nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and including preparations of new steel surfaces & applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide Zn Chrome primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of Pin type insulator Porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 1100 volt grade.

Supply and fix in replacement of Insulator shackle type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 100mm height and 115 mm dia including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized washers and one galvanized iron nut for conductor working pressure 1100 volt grade complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of Loop insulator Porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly to ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm size drawn through 40mm GI light grade pipe and including providing 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade as water pipe with suitable size funnel ,as earthing lead filling around with charcoal dust and salt including excavation, returning, filling of earth and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and connected to GI strip by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers strip connected to earth plate including chamber PCC(1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and PCC cover made with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bar @ 100mm c/c alongwith lifting handle of 833 dia steel bar complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate no.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) all as directed. M & L for cutting, trimming of branches along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance along both side of line and strictly all branches in one place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Re-streching of loose over head ACSR conductor of any type/GI wire and repair of the broken conductors and adding new length( if required) in place of old and burnt conductor of any size on existing poles with proper sagging including winding with winding wire all as specified. ( Old conductor shall be reused where required for repairing broken length of conductor as directed by Engr-in-charge) . Note:- Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole.

M & L for Painting to poles (9/11 mtr long) including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height complete, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed
