Supply and fixing LT panel pillar box cubical type of suitable size of suitable size with bus bar chamber having 4 wire 415 Volts, factory made dust proof vermin proof for out door use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated, machine pressed, both side opening with double door (front & rear) in two shelves with provision of rubber beadings and locking system, danger notice board infront and rear sides including insulated aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/ cubical switch shall have be independent opening, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 50x50x6mm, frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all connections/control wiring incoming/out going with suitable size of copper conductor cable, foundation is not less than 30 cm below ground level and not less than 45 cm above ground level, legs of panels will be grouted in centre of PCC foundation, centre place will be open for connection of under ground cables including provision of following (Location- Near MCC and ER) :- (A) INCOMING :- (i) MCCB 250 Amp adjustable thermal setting 25 KA, FP, single frame, thermal magnetic trip - 01 Nos (ii) LED indicating Lamps (R,Y,B) one set-01 Nos (iii) Onload Change Over switch 250 A, 4P-01 Nos (B) OUT GOING :- (i) MCCB 100 Amp Adjustable thermal setting 16 KA, FP, single frame, thermal magnetic trip - 03 Nos (ii) MCCB 4P 63 Amps, 25 kA - 02 Nos

S&F in repair LT Feeder Pillar ( Kiosk )of suitable made out 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet duly powder coated rust proof paint out door type double door with openable front door including locking arrangement with copper busbar 250 amps rating with MCCB 125 Amps 4pole 16KA thermal megnatic adustable type for incoming and fixed on angle iron frame and PCC plinth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 70 sqmm, 3.5 core LT 1100 volt grades with aluminium stranded conductor passing through pipes, in duct, on poles, in trenches, under road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 35 sqmm, 3.5 core LT 1100 volt grades with aluminium stranded conductor passing through pipes, in duct, on poles, in trenches, under road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 25 sqmm, 3.5 core LT 1100 volt grades with aluminium stranded conductor passing through pipes, in duct, on poles, in trenches, under road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 16 sqmm, 4 core LT 1100 volt grades with aluminium stranded conductor passing through pipes, in duct, on poles, in trenches, under road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for XLPE cable with tibba sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying of cable) & punning down to 180 mm to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road pavement, hard stansding by using manual method including providing 100mm HDPE pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of front and back door of LT panel made of CRCA sheet with powder coated with suitable size of hinges and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in replacement of GI pipe galvanized, light grade, including fittings, of 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of indicating lamp LED type suitable for LT panel RYB type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing in repairs of automatic street light timer using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light, the sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FF grade SMC junction box (sintex make) confirming to IP 54 suitable for three phase phase of 12KW model - Swadeep - 02EC12kW3P of make -Nature switch or equivalent in Legrand/ Siemens.
