Dismantling of old M.S structure,digging of rcc foundation of four nos vertical girder of M.S structure and cutting of M.S structure, dismantling of G.I pipe from submersible p/set to the water storage tank then removal of water storage tank, lifting the dismantled material from the site. M. S. Structure fabricated welded with 4 nos I section girders of size 80 x 150mm of 4 mtr long vertically for platform in clear space 2 mtr girder to girder. I section girder 4 nos girder size 80 x 150 mm of 2 mtr long welded at the top of girder for making the platform and 4 nos I section girder sie 80 mm x 150 mm welded in the bottom girders for supporting of vertical girder 4 nos M. S. Tee iron of size 50x6mm 2mtr long welded in between top of the girders and 8 nos ms angle iron of size 50mm x x 50mm x 6mm 4 mtr long welded across welded in cross between the 2 no I section girders and 4 nos M. S. Plates of size 300 x 300 x 8mm welded in the bottom of girders for grouting M. S. Sheet of size 2000 mm x 2000 mm x 3.15 mm welded at the top girders for proper supporting the water storing tank i/c red oxide primer and black enamel paint.

Fixing of M. S. Structure about 600 mm deep after cutting of RCC, digging of earth and fixing of M. S. Structure bricks masonry work as per side requirement.

Supply of ISI marked rotational polyethylene double layer PVC water storage tank of 2000 ltrcapacity. Make:-Polywell/SPL/Vectus/Ganga
