Service provider should have minimum 3 years of experience in the field of providing consultancy/Outsource services. Service provider agency shall be registered with Companies Act or Societies registration Act. Registration certificates shall be submitted mandatorily

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : FORM C & D Minimum 500 above emplooyees(Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

The service provider agency should have experience in providing one similar contract with at least 7 Technical Engineering Staff in the last 5 years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 (Attach Experience or work done Certificates issued by the Employer of State Government/ Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies / Public Sector Undertakings)

Work experience of past performance on works/ services of similar nature executed by the Service Provider to the government sector during in any 2 Consecutive continues years of the last 3 financial years from 2024-25 and 2025-26 for the amount of atleast Rs.23.50 Lakhs

The service provider agency should have achieved financial turnover not less than Rs.47.00 Lakhs in any two financial years over a period of last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 The consolidated financial turnover certificate with UDIN No shall be submitted mandatorily.

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate FORM D Minimum 500 above employees per year (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

GST/Service Tax Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

The tenderer should submit bank solvency for an amount of Rs. 14.10 Lakhs in the name of Executive Engineer, RDW&S Division, Bangalore Urban District
