Boaring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road(minimum 1.0 Mtr bellow the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of dia not exceeding 100 mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor from existing poles of any type including MS clamps, cross arms, nuts, bolts and washer at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Taking out of existing old unserviceable steel pole 7.5 to 9.5 metres long from the PCC foundation, coping and including carefully taking down existing ACSR conductor, cables, Street light, Security light fitting, GI brackets, looping box, stay assembly of any type & patten etc after disconnection of electric supply by using necessary T&P/crane/ any mechanical method will be applied and debris disposal upto distance not exceeding 100 Mtr at defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged type poles 9 metrs long, pole weight approximately 154 Kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked complete with all accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-31 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of LED security light fitting of capacity 70-75 Watt LED street light fitting in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover with IP65 protection with 4 KV inbuilt surge protector and cable connection from looping box to light fitting and testing and including removing of old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. S&F of three phase FRP looping box of size 345X480x210mm hinged type three busbar made with incoming and outgoing connector/terminals and comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240V, 10KA, 'C' Series and including MS flat iron clamps of size 30x6mm thick -02 Nos, nuts, bolts & washers etc for fixing on PCC/Steel tubular pole/ wall surface etc and including removing of old unserviceable box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI bracket pipe of size 40 mm dia medium grade of 1.2 mtr long bent to shape hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and making the one end of GI pipe bracket suitable for fixing of any type street light fitting and shall be fixed on PCC & Steel poles/on wall surfaces and including suitable fabricate MS flat iron clamps of 30X6 mm thick -02 Nos suitable for fixing any place of poles with nuts,bolts & washers including grouting on wall etc including taking down old unserviceable bracket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of PVC conduit heavy duty of size 20 mm dia from looping box to Street light connector holding in MS clamp of size 25X2 mm thick at every one mtr used in each pole 04 Nos of clamps with necessary nut, bolts and washers etc and including PVC sheathed three core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from looping box to light fitting connector complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 200/210 watt LED flood light fitting wtih LED lamp secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 protection with inbuilt surge protector and cable connection from looping box to light fitting and testing after and including taking down of old unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- SURYA CAT NO-SLE FL 200W IP66LIVIA / HAVELLS CAT NO. JETA IRISALPH ALFL 200W LED 857PBOLTG / PHILIPS CAT NO. M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for making good cutting portion coping of pole and filling of foundation etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Top surface of pole coping to making smooth finishing and applying three coats of white washing made by the contractor and cost are deemed to be included with quoted rate.)

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x .75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned down volume of sand to be measured)

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 40mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, on wall, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 50mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, on wall, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers with galvanised iron strips of size 32 x 6 as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).
