Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 200mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in cement & sand mortar 1:1, incl demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW) of 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in cement & sand mortar 1:1, incl demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW) of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of ( reinforced) cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforcement cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 slab supported on wall (20 mm graded stone aggregate)for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors , roofs landings, balconies, canopies deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

S&F reinforcement of mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columms,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dewatering of soak well or sewage pit of any dia and depth manually or by using pump and removal of sludge if any to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for removing of small vegetation /bushes /roots /plants/grass etc from any potition of buildings and removel of rubbish to a distance exc 50m and including making good disturbed surface by repair work including matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Opening of manhole covers, taking out sludge from septic tanks, inspection chambers, man holes by removing sludge in solid, semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- Measurements will be taken only after dewatering of the septic tank) and no extra payment will be made for dewatering the same.

M&L for cleaning of hume pipe culvert or RCC culvert of any dia (Length of culvert not exc. 6 m) by excavation in mud/debris and decayed plants, manually under culvert and removing excavated material out of defence land, including minor repair to culvert complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of SGSW Pipe 150 mm internal dia of any depth by rodding or by using pressure pump completely including man holes and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 5 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of SWG Pipe 100 mm internal dia of any depth by rodding or by using pressure pump completely including man holes and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 5 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked drain any depth by removing sludge and flush with water and removal of sludge to a distance exc. 1.5Km and n.exc. 5Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks exc 250 ltr n.exc 500 ltr capacity and refixing in same position complete all as specified and directed.

All as item no 20 above but cap exc 500 ltr and n. exc 1000 ltrs

M & L for brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete incl demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 , finished even and smooth as in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster /Dado of any description on brick work or stone msonary wall including racking ot joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&l Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered/stopped in etc complete all as specified and directed .

Add or deduct from item No 53 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth (adjustment rate only) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block as in road berm any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with pigments over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning including Demolition/dismantling of cement concrete floor and tile in GF and paving n exc 15cm thick below or above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of fencing post or struts(wood, steel or RCC) any description including taking down out embended portion and making good disturb ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, copings, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth incl preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F post or struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets(for securing wire mess etc ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and simillar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2.00mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings, straining & fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) as in wire entanglements aprons, barriers, gates, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 Mtr but not exceeding 1500 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 Kg per square metre fixed complete to steel member complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC water tank covers screw head type including four Nos of PVC nut and bolt in existing PVC water tanks of Cap 500 ltrs to 1000 ltrs cap with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe & waste pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
