Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Brick ballast 40 mm gauge) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of E/ I. (S.I No. 273)

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM. Mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster in 1:5 cement & c'sand mortor over brick work minimume thickness not less then 10 mm including all supply of meterial , Labour T&P etc S.I.No. 584(i)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballast (20 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E / I.

P/L 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror Granite of any colour and shade area of slab over 0.50sqm. As per D.S.R. no. 8.2.2.2
