Fabrication and errection work of iron and steel platform, column, bracing housting, placing etc for mking of shed.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpetwashers filled with ite lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheetscomplete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cuttingto size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Shifting and transportation of DG shed

Supplying and errection pit of minimum bore dia 150 mm size, approved maked safe earthing electrode consisting pipe in pipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free GI pipes with constant ohmiv value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing as per mentioned below: with 3 mtr. GI pipes having 200-250 micron galvanized connection terminal dia of 12 mm in nominal soil with 50 Kg (two Bag) back filling compound.

Providing and Fixing 25 mm x 5mm G.I strip on surface on in reccess or for connection etc as required.(for lightening arrestor grounding)
