Dismantling of wooden platform by removal of all welding, fasteners, flats, angles, nut & bolts etc and taking out of old and decayed wooden planks from gangway of Barrage Gates & head regulator gates and shifting to store site etc. required for proper completion of the work.
Supply of M.S. chequered plate, thickness 6mm
Cutting of new M.S. chequered plate thickness 6mm by gas cutting in appropriate size and shape as per site requirement & Fixing of M.S. chequered plate by welding and with the help of fasteners, nut & bolts etc. in the space formed after dismantling of old decayed wooden planks at Head regulator gates, Barrage gates gangway and both side of reduction unit of Dakpathar Barrage. Making the man hole at both side of suspension pulley of barrage gates (50 nos.) with the help of hing, nut & bolts etc. for maintenance work size of man hole 2' X 2'.
Providing and applying two coats of read mix enamel paint including red-oxide primer coat of approved brand on steel surface after thorough cleaning of surface to give an even shade.
Repairing of existing gangway of barrage bay gates from gate no 1 to Barrage bay gate no. 10 and barrage bay gate no.12 to Barrage bay gate no.19 by re-welding of existing M.S. chequered plate thickness 6mm including of all consumables, welding rod and T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
