INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fix heavy duty exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep, AC single phase 220 volts 50HZ, 1400 RPM incl. louver shutter, XPM jaali, grounting etc. (ISI merked) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Endura Linear Neo surface and wall mounted LED batten 20 W, LED Tubelight 4 feet having minimum 2000 Luminous with epoxy coated white extruded almunium channel complete with all accessories. Make Havells Model No LH CDEFXD5L8R020 or equivalent in Bajaj/CG as per Appx 'E'

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm for earth continuous earth wire including suitable PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of PVC cable 6 sqmm & one runs of earth wire 6 sqmm will be considered as one unit.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 240 Volt, 50Hz , 10 KA, 'C' series of rating 63 Amp complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 240 Volt, 50Hz , 10 KA, 'C' series of rating 40 Amp complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 240 Volt, 50Hz , 10 KA, 'B' series of rating 06 to 32 Amp complete all as specified.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing two way bib cock with wall flange CAT part No. FUS-29041, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for 15mm bore iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Angular Stop Cock with wall flange CAT part No. FUS-29053, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 15 mm bore Health faucet of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material and Labour for LLDPE septic tank for 20 user designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, properly palced over PCC 1:4:8 foundation, vent shaft, connection etc, complete all as specified of make as approved by GE.

Material and Labour for Soakage wells , of size 2.40 M dia x 3.00 m effective depth complete all as specified and shown on Drgs No CESZ/TD-1078/2011 incld excavation and earth work .

ROAD / PATH / CULVERTS

Material and labour for thermoplastic road marking paint material in yellow/white pattern of specified strips 2.50 mm thick of any width or girth applied as per manufacturers instruction on black top surface of road and the like including and putting in glass beads of Std size by drop method complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for threaded MS flanged for MS/GI water mains with 8 mm thick with nut bolts and washers, gaskets complete of size 80 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internal dimensions) by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) type D-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed aggregate) brick masonary in cement mortar (1:3) , rendering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) internally, neeru finished externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, coping in 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate), angle iron frame (40x40x5mm), MS sheet of size (70cmx70cm) roof plate cover 5.0 mm thick with sleeve piece,frame work, butt hing 125mm size with handle 100mm MS bar and locking arrangement painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint incld excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for cutting (2 cuts) of existing GI pipe 100 mm dia for inserting the valves, fittings shall be done in a neat and workman like manner without damage to the pipe so as to leave a smooth ends at right angle to the axis of the pipe and opening the both ends pieces by excavation and fixing the MS flange of size 100 mm dia -02 nos at two ends of existing pipe by welding in position for taking branch connection for proposed GI pipe 40 mm dia and insertion of Tee (100mmx100mmx40mm) duly welded with MS flange size (100mm-02) icl. short pieces, nuts,bolts & washers, rubber gasket suiatble size etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. Notes: (i)The cost of necessary earth work shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of schedule (ii) The cost of T&P, MS flanges, rubber gasket, nuts bolts& washers, GI Tee (100mmx100mmx40mm) etc. shall be included in quoted rates.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: (i) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) including two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and white strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after errection in position including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Necessary earth work , PCC coping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

M&L Earthling complete with galvinised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , connecting to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm, by means of bolt nuts , check nuts nuts and washer of galvanised medium grade pipe 15mm dia upto 7.5 mtr including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 , funnel with wire gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch ,80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320mmx320mm of concree (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm aggregate reinforced with XPM jalli and charcoal dust and common salt all as in shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Pt-I and specified including provision of earth lead strip protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade and including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to and earthing test point/ Transformer neutral / body / LT panel etc. and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed Note: The coated rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5 M long GI earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore med grade, GI light grade watering pipe.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made cubical outdoor type LT feeder piller box confirming to IS-54 complete weather proof and vermine proof. The outershell shall be of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with partitions and switch enclosures doors of 2mm thick CRCA sheet. It shall be mounted on 50x50x5mm angle iron frame The frame shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and feeder pillar box shall be powder coated having thickness not less than 100 microns, incliding seven tanks process with a clearance of at least 0.45 mtrs above GL, Marking should be made to identify incomming and outgoing circuits outdoor feeder pillar box busbar 200 amps aluminium comprising of followings:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 150 amps, 415 Volts 25 KA (Incoming) - 01 No (b) MCCB 4 pole,63 Amps, 415 Volts 10 KA (outgoing) - 04 Nos (c) MCCB 4 pole, 32 Amps, 415 Volts, 10 KA (outgoing) - 04 Nos (d) Aluminium busbar rated 400 Amp duly insulated with adhesive tape RYD & Black –set of 4

Make:- Havells cat part No. ENDURAPEARLNEOSL48WLED757SASYTOPC or its equivalent approved in Make as per Appendix 'E'.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in poistion, 9 mtr long and type 410 SP-31 steel tubular swaged and welded poles, IS-2731 marked with mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles) pole cap/finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc complete, including painting outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat or red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, Earth work etc to be measured & paid fof separately.

Supplying and fixing Hot Press moulded case SMC junction box with SMC base and SMC door fixed with hinge on left (L) or right side (R). (Colour-off white), MCB 2.5 amps, 63 amp rated bus bar of size (HxWxD) 250x200x100mm product code JSJB 2520 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of Neccessary clamps, nuts&bolts shall be deemed included in quoted rate under relevant items of sch.

Supplying and fixing security light bracket ,made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia, light grade 1.2mtr long bend to the shape 120 degrees angle by cutting, bending, welding process complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers shall be shall be deemed included in quoted rate under relevant items of sch.

Supplying and fixing Single Core copper conductor (Flexible) FRLS PVC insulated industrial Cables (Unsheathed) 1100 Volts Size 1.5 Sqmm Conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The 3 run of copper conductor shall be measured as one unit

DG SET WORKS

(A) ENGINE- (A) PRIME MOVER :- Vertical diesel engine four stroke, of suitable capacity 12 KW but not less than 20.5 HP(+ 5%), water cooled,(Radiator mounted), closed circuit as per IS-10001/10002 or ISO -8528-1 direct injection type turbo charged. Model S3.8.G7. The diesel engine shall be capable of running 24 hrs contiunously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/BS-649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturer's recommendations and mounted on common base plateform through flexible coupling with following acessories- (a) RPM cum hour meter. (b) Battery charging Ammeter. (c) Ignition key and starting with push button switch. (d) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. (e) Electronic governor controlling (f) Toggle switch for idle running (g) Oil temprature gauge (h) Water temperature guage

(j) Safety controlled Trip for the following :- (i) High water temp. (ii) Low lubricating oil pressure (iii) Over speed (k) Lub oil heater to avoid freezing.

(l) 24 Volts starting equipment comprising of the followings:- (i) 01 Nos. 12 volts 180 AH battery.(Maintenance free type) Make : Exide type 25xnN 21 or equivalent as recommended by manufacturer. (ii) Battery Charging alternator with inbuilt regulator. (iii) Self starter motor of suitable capacity. (iv) Battery leads (copper stranded cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals.

(B) ALTERNATOR:- Alternator of capacity 15 KVA , 3 phase, 50 C/S, 415 volts, 4 wire supply at NTP 0.8 power factor running @ 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated, mounted on common base frame mounted on a permanent foundation screen protected with self excited field brush rotating fixed designed to be coupled with above engine through flexible coupling. The alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or IS-4722.

(C) CONTROL PANEL:- Alternator control inbuilt panel suitable as per manufacturer design , cubical type with internal wiring with copper conductor for 15 KVA Alternator , 415 V , 3 Phase, 4 wire 50Hz alternator fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer equipped with the following acessories:-

(D) OTHER FITTNGS :- (a) Battery Charger :- Battery charger having electric circuit consisitng of triodes, rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge 12 volts 180 AH battery with suitable battery charging Ammeter with two No's of lead for charging with clips , mounted on suitable angle iron frame duly painted -01 Nos (b) Integral Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's recommendations with all connected pipes and fittings upto fuel pump and over flow pipe from engine to tank including level indicating guage duly marked and drain valve and air vent plug etc.

(E) Maintenance spares:- (i) Fuel filter element-02 Nos. (ii) Oil filter element-03 Nos. (iii) Element air cleaner outer-06 Nos (iv) Element air cleaner inner-06 Nos (v) 'V'Belt -02 Nos (vi) Filter lubricant oil bypass-02 Nos. (F) DG Set shall be supplied alongwith acoustic enclosure of the manufacturer suitable for 15 KVA DG set as per CPCB Norms. Notes:- (i) Complete DG Set shall be mounted on foundation as per design of manufacturer within overall cost quoted. (ii) Precommissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer within overall cost qouted . POL shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall produced a copy of approved certificate to authenticate the above from the OEM/DE
