Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the meterial (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 50 % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The meterials offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after and be in satisfactory operation for months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on meterial supply and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years 1 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of GOK KPPP on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

Any damage during the progress of work, the damage cost should be beared by the vendor.

Tender application cost will not be refundable or exchangeable in case of cancellation of tender.

The material should supply in accordance with the standard specifications specified by the department. Maintenance period from the contractor for the above works is 1 year from the date of completion of work.

Corrigendums / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only.

The Panchayat Development Officer rights accept and reject the tender without intimation or information

Vendor should obey with the above conditions in addition to the KG-1 & 2

All other general conditions are as per tender documents

The PDO GP Khajibilagi reserve the rights accept or reject the tender without intimation or information

Tenderers should enclose GST registration certificate, dealership certificate, PAN card and other required certificates duly scanned.

The PDO GP Khajibilagi invites tenders from eligible tenderers, who have been registered in KPWD with KPPP portal for those construction of works

Vendor should made an agreement within 20 days of tender acceptance date and work should be carried out immediately after Signing agreement. If not, tender will be cancelled at the Supplyer own risk and cost.

The Vendro should scan the PAN Card and GST No and Dealership Certificate.

The Contractor should scan the KPWD Registration Class renewal

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity should be not less than Rs: 5.18 lakhs

Turn over Certificate should be enclosed for the last previous 3 years from charted accountent in singal page and achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover is equal or above of Rs: 5.18 lakhs
