22.5 : Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

od136029/2022_2023 : Providing ,fabricating and supplying and fixing 3 mm Aluminum composite panel of exterior grade HB-X alstrong or equivalent make with 2.50 mm thick polyurethane LDPE core section modulars 1.75 with sound absorption factor of 0.05 and temperature resistance 5 to 80 degree C. The core shall be mineral material based on aluminum hydroxide polymer bonded . The frame work shall be with 38 mm x 25 mm (950 gram /length box section ) . Aluminum rectangular tube section 1 mm thick ,to form grids of suitable size and frame shall be securely fastened on the masonry work using necessary clamps and Hilti / Fischer fasteners .The aluminum composite panel shall be cut to size using miter saw and proper grooves formed in the inner layer to hold the panel fixing, such panels on to the grids using aluminum cleats and self tapping screws . The space between the panels shall be treated with para bond ,weather sealant or Macsill. There shall be protective film on the panel which shall be removed after completion of work including cost materials, labour charges ,scaffolding, dismantling the existing ceiling and stacking etc. as per the direction of the engineer in charge .
