Supply & Fixing of 415V 315A switch disconnector fuse unit (Make - L & T / Siemens ) with 3 nos HRC Fuses on angle iron frame on wall

Supply & Laying of 3 X 120 sqmm & 1 X 70 sqmm PVC insulated CU Conductor (2 Mtr.) incl. finishing the ends of cu wire by crimping method

Supply & Laying of 3.5 core 150 sqmm PVC / A, AL cable. (on suface)

Supplying and fixing 415 V, 16-32A per way, 6 way TPN MCBDB with SS enclosure double-door with IP-42/43 protection with Four Pole Isolators as incomer and SPMCBs ('C' Curve, 10 kA) as outgoing, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment a) 6 way TPNDB(Make-Schneider/ Legrand/Siemens), 80 A FP Isolator, 18 nos. SPMCB)

Supplying and fixing 250 V, 6-10 A per way, 2+10 way SPN MCBDB with SS enclosure double-door with IP-42/43 protection with DP Isolators as incomer and SPMCBs ('C' Curve, 10kA) as outgoing, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment (Make:-Schneider/Legrand/Siemens/ABB or similar, 63A DP Isolator, 10 nos. SPMCB)

Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precission Make), with 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with piano key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size "Ph& N" copperbar incl. bakelite/Perxpex (wall matching color) top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175mm x 100mm x 65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish. i) Avg - Run - 8 Mtr .

Distribution wiring in following size 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precission Make) incl. necy. fittings as required. i) 2 x6 + 1 x 4.0 sq. mm PVC copper wire

ii) 2 x 2.5 + 1 x 1.5 sq. mm PVC copper wire.

Supply and Fixing of computer board having one no 6 pin 6/16 Amp. Socket with switch, three (3) nos. 5 pin 6 Amp. Socket with individual controlled switch (Anchor), 1no. 6 amp. fuse & 1 no. indicator fixed on suitable size of 16SWG CRCA sheet box with bakelite top cover and earthing attachment incl. S&F 3mm thick bakelite top cover as per direction of E.I.C. (for Computer board)

S & F of one 5A socket with controlled switch on switch board incl. making necy. connection as per G.S

Supplying & fixing 250V 3/6 Pin 5/15 A flush type plug socket with 15A piano key type (Anchor make) switch on sheet metal box with Bakelite top cover and earthing attachment incl. S&F sheet metal box of size 175mmX100mmX(16 SWG) with 3mm thick Bakelite top cover.

S & F of 240V single flou fittings complete with all accessories incl. supply of 1 no. 28 watt T-5 lamp.(Philips Cat no. TMS-122M1 x 28 EBE/similar of Bajaj/Wipro)

S & F of 240V. Twin Flou. Fitting complete with all accessories incl. supply of 2 nos 28 watt T-5 Lamp(Philips cat. No. TMS - 122M2 x 28 WEBE/Similar of Bajaj/Wipro)

S&F 600mm sweep wall bracket fan complete with all accessories (Orient/CG/Havells) on wall as per EIC .

Supply & Fixing 18" dia exhaust fan(Make-EPC) dia incl. louver shutter after making hole in wall and mending good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection. (For Electrical Sub-Station)

S & Laying of following XLPE cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. a) 3.5 core 35 sqmm (from Main switch to TPN)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : a) 3.5 core X 35 sqmm. .

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : a) 3.5 core X 35 sqmm.

Earthing installation by 50mm. dia G.I pipe (M) in moorum soil as to G.S- (4 sets)

S&F earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washer, spacing-insulators etc as required.

Connecting the equipments (panel) to earth busbar and also connecting earth busbar to pipe earth electrodes & between the electrodes including S&F 20 mm x 3mm galvanized (hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connecting the equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolt, nuts, washer etc.

L.W.C. must be quoted manually @1% on the total quoted value else the total quoted rate shall be treated incl. LWC as per rule. N.B. Rate should be quoted inclusive of GST.
