Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks as met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section ,cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift & leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at sutable dumping places indicated in drawings mechanical means / mannul means and including construction of required collie walling of minimum hight of 0.60mt with the stone available from the required hill site cutting for retaining the muck without other wise damaging forest , forest land , utility and private and public properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excated matierl) till the completion of the work as per part 2 special condition of contract,MORD specifications clause 1601,1602 and 1603 and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means Without useinng Dozer including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per Technical Specification Clause 1603.1

Excavation in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means without using Dozer including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 20 m as per Clause 1603.2.

Excavation in hilly areas in hard rock requiring blasting, by mechanical means without using Dozer , lift upto 1.5 m and disposal of excavated rock upto a lead of 20 m as per Clause 1603.2.

Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, wateringtotheextentneededto maintain thedesired moisturecontent, trimmingto the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.1

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motorgrader onprepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. Using Gravel mix soil .

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.By Manual Means

Providing and applying primer coat low porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS:8887 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting RS-1 Grade complying with IS :8887) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm 11.2mm nominal size aggregates using cationic bitumen emulsion (mediam setting MS grade complying with IS:8887) to required line, grade and level serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2

Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion (SS-2) as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical specification Clause 508

Construction of hill side K.C.type drain as per drawing including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Excavation in foundation.

Construction of R.R. stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 .

15 mm thick Plastering with 1:4 cement mortar.

Construction of Hill side Kutcha Trapezoidal drain as per drawing (Top 0.60m, Bottom 0.30m & Height 0.40 to 0.60m as per site)Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil& Ordinary Rock Construction of unlined surface to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards face complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Semi Reflective Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2, 600 mm equilateral triangle
