M&L Defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. including excavation to required depth in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 95 sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment shall be brought at site within 02 hours of Instruction received from JE/ Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified

Disconnecting terminals of LT cable and locating pin point fault in LT cable 1100 Volts grade of any size including hire charge of special T & P all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviciable underground cable of any size (4x16 Sq mm to 3.5x400 Sq mm) 1100 volt grade & bricks, tracing out the defects, rectify the same, making servicable by removing/cutting unserviciable & burnt out part jointing with straight through joint of suitable size, testing with megger etc. (Straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately.)

Repairs/ servicing to 160KVA DG set at R&C Lab with and including replacement of the worn out spares and drain out engine oil from the sump, cleaning with kerosene oil and filling up with new engine oil as per recommended grade & quality and testing for smooth running at rated speed complete all as per manufacturer’s specification and as directed consisting replacement of the following parts:- (i)Fuel filter -01 Set (ii) Oil filter (Spinon/Centrifugal type) - 01 Set. (iii) Air filter - 01 Set (iv) Engine oil - (Full Tank capacity) (v) Coolant -(Full Tank capacity) Notes : (i) The contractor should carry out servicing through authorised OEM & not by any local mechanic (ii) The contractor should be responsible to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition for entire contract period & additional worn out spare parts like O Rings,gasket,screws, etc if found unserviceable should be replaced by contractor without additional cost . Maintenance & servicing of 11 KV,HT RMU with checking following work:- (a) Load Break Switch:- (i) On-Off Operation Checking. (ii) Interlocking of the LBS. (iii) Hardware tightening of the mechanism (iv) Latch Roller Condition (v) LBS lever lubrication (vi) Aux Switch setting if unit is motorized. (b) Circuit Breaker (i). On-Off Operation of CB. (ii). Tripper Setting. (iii). Cable Box Interlock of the CB, (iv). Pad Lock of CB. (v). Cam Setting. (vi). Reset spring setting. (vii). Lubrication to required parts. (viii). Neutral Catch Setting. (ix). M & L Servicing of EOT crane 5 Ton, 3 phase/Single phase dismantling parts by parts greasing and replacement of worn out part and refixing and testing as per manufacturers specification as specified and directed by Engr -in - Charge.

S & F Wire rope 11 mm dia for 5 ton EOT crane as in repairs.

M & L Testing of earthing resistance value with digital type earth tester at different locations of are 'B' on Monthly basis up to the entire satisfaction of AF personnel & submitting the earth result all as directed.

M&L Tightening and fixing in position loose hanging copper/aluminium strip of any size on wall or building roof using new insulators of porceline of approved size and fixing existing copper strip on the same position aomplete all as specified.

S&F Ceramic supporter with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on walls etc complete as in repairs all as specified .

S & F First aid box, containing the following medicine and accessories as medical kits all as specified and as directed. (i) Adhesive tape (ii) Anesthetic spray ( Bactine) or lotion ( Calamine, Campho-Phenique) - for itching rashes and insect bites (iii) 4" x 4" sterile gauze pads - for covering and cleaning wounds, as a soft eye patch (iv) 2", 3", and 4" Ace bandages - for wrapping sprained or strained joints, for wrapping gauze on to wounds, (v) Adhesive bandages (all sizes) (vi) Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) - oral antihistamine for allergic reactions, itching rashes. S & F Electric shock treatment board made up of flux sheet with printed standard matter in three versions(i.e Hindi,English & Gujrati) & standrad drawing over a layer of polythene film pasted on wwoden ply board of 6 mm thick with all edges fixed with wooden beedings complete as in repairs all as directed. The over all size of the board shall not less than 1.20 Mtr x 0.90 Mtr

M&L Colour coding of earthing pit cover with the following colour:- Red for chemical earth pit.Yellow for conventional earth pit. The numbering/marking of earth pit will be in capital black colour and is to be done as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.
